Gallery

Welcome to our gallery of paintings. We intend to build up a gallery of paintings over time, to include our own prize winners, members' paintings and biographies as well as other paintings of interest, perhaps of demonstrators or the achievements of painters attending one of our ad-hoc Painting Sessions.

Members wishing to have their own original pictures placed in the Members' Gallery are requested to send photographic copies of their pictures (digital images, preferably jpg format) of acceptable size (around 50 - 75 KB) to the Web Site Administrator with a copy to the Website Co-ordinator.  Display dimensions in the Gallery will be 800 pixels for the longer of the height or width dimensions and members are advised if possible to check that the size of the images sent can be resized to 800 pixels, giving a finished resolution with which they are happy.

Initially, the pictures (of up to a gallery-total of six per member) should be attached to an email, together with full member details and caption information (such as title, place, date, medium, etc.) for each picture.

Once approved by the Committee, the Website Administrator will be requested to add selected pictures to the Members' Gallery.

A slideshow of submitted member's pictures based on the rolling TV screen exhibition presenttion is also available for viewing.
